Three-Cheese Pizza Primavera

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pizza crust, 30 cm (12") in diameter
- 250 mL (1 cup) Compliments • Organic
Medium Salsa12 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 250 mL (1 cup) Compliments • Organic
Old Cheddar Cheese, chopped into small pieces
- 250 mL (1 cup) Compliments • Organic
Goat’s Milk Cheese - 500 mL (2 cups) vegetables of your choice
(broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, asparagus, etc.),
blanched or sautéed
- 250 mL (1 cup) Mozzarella cheese, grated
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place the pizza crust on a pizza pan.
Spread the tomato sauce on the crust and sprinkle the chopped basil on top.
Add cheddar cheese and goat’s milk cheese.
Evenly distribute the vegetables over the cheese. Top with grated Mozzarella.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until crust is golden.
